To safeguard and support continuous growth in a dynamic real estate landscape, the organisation is hiring for a Senior Manager, Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) to proactively identify, assess and manage risks across its operations.
Job Description
Reporting to the Head of Risk, you will:
- Be responsible for the Group's Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) in diverse markets and all asset classes, identify risks and develop mitigation strategies
- Advise on risk areas such as market fluctuations, regulatory changes, geopolitical instability etc., establish governance frameworks in compliance with industry standards
- Business partner with stakeholders of various business units to conduct risk assessments on development projects, identify potential threats to project success
- Proactively enhance risk culture and risk confidence through trainings of responsible business practices, raise awareness to leadership and foster credibility with regulatory bodies
- Facilitate insightful reporting and stay up to date of emerging risk trends
The Successful Applicant
- Degree in Accounting & Finance / Business, at least 10 years of working experience in ERM
- Good knowledge of risk management and internal control concepts, leading risk management practices and standards (e.g. ISO 31000, COSO) and SGX-ST requirements.
- Design frameworks from scratch, successful execution of ERM strategies in regional capacity
- Excellent communication, confidence and gravitas to engage with senior leadership/management team
- Proficient in using data analytics tool, derive data and present meaningful insights and strategies for management review
