Title: Application Support Executive

About the Role:
We are looking for a skilled Application Support Executive to join our IT team. In this multifaceted role, you will maintain software applications to ensure seamless business operations and provide administrative support, while effectively communicating with a diverse client base and team members.
Key Responsibilities:
- Application Maintenance: Monitor and ensure the optimal performance of software applications.
- Troubleshooting: Resolve user issues and system errors promptly.
- User Support: Help users with application-related inquiries and ensure they can leverage applications to their fullest potential.
- System Updates: Manage and apply software updates and patches responsibly.
- Administrative Assistance: Utilize skills in office management software to support broader administrative tasks.
Qualifications:
- Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related disciplines. Additional qualifications in Office Administration are advantageous.
- Proven experience in office management software like MS Word and MS Excel.
- Previous work experience as an Administrative Executive or in a similar role preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with keen attention to detail.
- Strong organizational skills with a problem-solving attitude, able to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Fluency in English and Mandarin is essential to effectively serve our diverse client base and collaborate with team members.
