Roles & Responsibilities
-Planning, forecasting and monitoring of our Store inventory. To ensure we meet the required inventory turns to avoid stock outs and excess stocks.
-Planning for the monthly purchases and replenishing of inventory including our tools and its related accessories and parts
-Liaises with all our affiliates with regards to our purchases and the lead time.
-Oversee day to day operations of the Service center and ensure daily progress of the repair tools
-Liaises with our HQ IT department in Japan to manage, support and implement our IT system
-Design Strategy and set goals for growth
-Planning our our financial budgets and optimize expenses
-Set policies and processes
-Ensure that the company achieves its business objectives and complies with all relevant regulations and laws
-Ensure staff work productively and develop professionally
-Interview and hire new employees
- Overseas business trip mainly to South Asian countries
-Management of our overseas branches
- Direct administrative activities.
-Look over financial statements, sales reports and other performance data to gauge productivity and achieve daily, weekly and monthly sales goals.
-Engage in educational opportunities in order to remain up-to-date on the latest industry techniques, tools and trends.
-Engage in opportunities that can add to overall workplace accomplishments.
Requirements
-At least a Bachelor’s degree in any field
-More than 5 year’s relevant experience in Power Tools Industry
-Experience in leading a team of Manager and Senior Manager
-Proficient in Spoken and Written Japanese – Business Presentation to our HQ in Japan
