Job Description:
- To lead, supervise and coordinate site works;
- Oversee the activities and performance of subcontractors and direct workers to ensure compliance with quality requirements;
- Monitor project progress and ensure compliance with scheduling, operational and cost control requirement;
- Resolve worksite issue quickly and effectively in order to keep work progress on track;
- Ensure all works, workers and subcontractors adhere to all safety regulations;
- Procurement of materials when requested by Senior Project Manager or Deputy Project Manager;
- Responsible for all inspection works and prepare daily progress report;
- To attend project meetings with owners, architects, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, etc.;
- To assist and carry out any ad-hoc duties as assigned to you from time to time; and
- To assist all site, other project and construction related works.
Requirements:
- Min. Diploma in Building/Civil Engineering or equivalent.
- At least 5 years of working experiences in private residential houses.
- Possess related construction skills and trade certificates an advantage.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills with all levels.
- Proactive attitude, team player, strong problem-solving and positive leadership.
