JOB DESCRIPTION FOR PIL ASSOCIATE
PROCUREMENT
- Manage overall in-coming and out-going warehouse transaction, coordination, e-procurement process, price and stock update in Netsuite.
- Work closely with team LZSG on all orders accurately.
- Verify & authorise sales orders, expediates deliveries.
- Engage factory on all orders & delivery activities of goods, additionally product inquiries for sales/customisations.
- Execute all ordering, inventory and delivery processes and measurement controls.
INVENTORY AND LOGISTICS OPERATIONS
- Keep system updated on all inventory in Netsuite.
- Monitor, adjust, maintain optimum and management of warehouse space.
- Monitor & continuously enable enhancement of systems interface & operational efficiency.
- Manage all inventory activities including stock count, audit & incident report for loss/damage orders, stock availability.
- Comply with corporate instructions relating to inventory protection, scaping/disposal of used/obsolete goods.
- Manage cleanliness & maintenance of the warehouse, equipment & van.
- Manage services of internal & outsourced operations
- Engage internal & PL for receiving and issuance to prepare monthly statistics report.
- Organise and conduct deliveries to clients.
REQUIREMENTS
- Able to lead and manage teammates from diverse background towards a common goal, interact and source opportunities with all employees & guests.
- Able to resolve/neg. conflict resolutions & to interpret, with a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagrammatic/schedule form.
- Proficient in using the latest in Warehouse management tools, systems & processes.
- Fluent in written, verbal & spoken English & Mandarin
Minimum 18/24 months as an assistant/supervisor in a mid-size operation
