Administrative Manager Job Responsibilities:

  • Maintains administrative staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.
  • Supervises clerical and administrative personnel by communicating job expectations, appraising job results, and disciplining employees.
  • Sets policies and procedures for training, coaching, counseling, and career development for staff.
  • Initiates and coordinates goals, deadlines, and projects for their department.
  • Develops and implements policies and procedures to improve operations and function of the department.
  • Monitors and procures needed supplies for office, reception, mailroom, and kitchen.
  • Ensures a safe, secure, and well-maintained facility that meets environmental, health, and security standards.
  • Handles office administrative matters to ensure smooth operations.
  • Maintains and updates office records, agreements, and procedures required by law or local government.
  • Provides administrative support for office maintenance including office furnishing, equipment, and supplies.
  • Establish and maintain appropriate filing and information systems
  • Responsible for procurement of corporate materials, office insurance, and office equipment and maintenance of office assets.
  • Coordinate and provide administrative support for meetings, events, activities, and functions.
  • Provide assistance to project managers, field staff, vendors, and customer.
  • Hard-working and dedicated team player
  • Proficient of Microsoft Office Applications, including Excel
  • Flexible, resourceful, and able to perform despite tight schedules
  • Good attitude and mindset
  • Able to communicate with OE.
  • Can assist the HR with payroll.
  • Can Assist the finance with invoice.
  • Can assist the management with quotation and client contract

Education and Experience Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • With Security Industry experience preparably.
