An organisation group at Hougang area looking for Account Executive
Responsibilities:
* Simple full set of accounts
* Responsible for monthly accounting reconciliation
* Data entry for maintenance of proper filing system, ensuring all records are in proper order
* Prepare monthly statement claims, GST, CPF and related bills
* Internal and external Audit, Liaise with auditor and tax agent
* Supervise AR and AP
* HR duties to include payroll
processing, CPF submission staff leave record
* Banking matters - cheque deposits, token application etc
Perform training grant application
* Responsible for ensuring clients payment is paid on time
Photocopying, arrangement and filing of vouchers
* Perform admin related duties and ad-hoc duties
Requirements:
* Diploma or Degree holder in Accounting/Finance or equivalent
* 1-2 years of related experience.
* Excellent interpersonal skills
* Independent and able to multi-task
* Good team player and positive attitude
* Bilingual in Chinese and English
* 5 days work (Mon to Fri)
