Responsibilities:
- Analyze the market to identify opportunities and challenges in the South East Asia region.
- Develop and implement market entry strategies and go-to-market roadmaps.
- Define project-based strategies in collaboration with field sales to secure strategic orders.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key customer accounts.
- Set sales budgets, pricing strategies, and ensure achievement of sales targets.
- Build and manage a sales team as per business requirements.
- Provide leadership and guidance to the sales team to achieve sales objectives.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis to senior management.
- Collaborate with the engineering, product development, and marketing teams to align strategies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in Electrical & Electronics Engineering/Power Engineering.
- Possess a minimum of 7-8 years of working in Sales scopes with leadership skills.
- Proven track as a commercial leader within the power industry or High Voltage equipment industry.
- Deep understanding of Electrical Power Transmission products, High-Voltage electrical systems, or Power & Distribution Transformer industries.
- Strong analytical capabilities for competitive assessment, market research, and strategic planning.
- Able to commit to traveling duty to ASEAN regions to keep the customers' satisfaction.
