RESPONSIBILITIES
The Wonder Shop is Mediacorp's Shoppertainment Solution, bringing audiences curated deals where our hosts test out the products so people know exactly what they're buying! We want to inspire viewers to shop smarter through entertaining content.
With touchpoints across TV, Radio, Digital & Social, The Wonder Shop takes a 360-audience approach in reaching out to consumers to generate shopping intent.
We are seeking an experienced Assistant Marketing Manager to be part of our team. This position reports to the Lead, Audience & Content Strategy team and will need to work cross functionally with internal stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Implement paid marketing campaigns to drive conversions by monitoring performance, refining creative assets and strategy plans
- Work with various stakeholders to inspire shopping intent through content on social platforms. Monitor efficacy of content by analysing data and review strategy with the team
- Copywriting for social media content, banners and other digital assets
- Community management on social media platforms
- Implement marketing drivers across Mediacorp network including TV trailers, radio ads, digital advertising, email database
- Work with e-store Ops team to implement promotional campaigns discount promo codes, loyalty, to build up The Wonder Shop commerce database of users
QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum Diploma and above in Mass Communication, Digital Marketing or any relevant discipline.
- At least 3 to 5 years of relevant working experience in Marketing
- Ability to manage projects independently as well as work collaboratively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
- Possess good execution skills and attention to detail
- Good critical thinking and able to make decisions based on data
