Metta Day Rehabilitation Centre for the Elderly (慈光乐龄日间康复中心) was established in June 1998 to provide rehabilitative care to those suffering from physical impairment due to stroke, Parkinson’s disease or other injuries.


Our services are geared towards maximising our patients’ independence level, while offering respite to their families and caregivers regardless of race, language, or religion. Our centre executes our vision of care to maximise their functional level by providing a comprehensive range of rehabilitative and social support services all under one roof.

We focus on assisting our daily clientele in regaining maximum functional capability through rehabilitative treatment and engaging in active lifestyles by means of social programmes.


As an Admin Executive, you will be responsible in the following areas:


  • To administer the day to day administration of the centre such as handling of phone calls and emails, coordination of meetings, writing of meeting minutes, preparing of reports
  • To manage referrals (admit, discharge, update, follow up) in the relevant IT systems/ government databases
  • To perform timely submission of subvention claims to MOH and related agencies within stipulated time frame
  • To manage procurement (quotation, purchase requisition, purchase orders, etc)
  • To assist clients with application and updating of financial assistance schemes
  • Planning/support, and managing donors and volunteers for our fundraising & community engagement events
  • Assist in collection of fees from clients
  • Assist in processing invoices and managing petty cash reimbursement
  • Submission of grants

1. Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years relevant working experience required
  • Minimum qualification in Diploma in any relevant discipline or equivalent
  • Computer Literate/ Microsoft office skills
