Part-Time Admin Assistant:
4 hours / day, $10/hr
- Mostly Work from home hours unless need assistance or site visits
- Submitting Finance Documents
- Issuing Quotation & Invoices
- Month-end account checks
- Making updates to websites
- Responding to emails and website queries.
- Introductory Contact & liaise with clients.
- Understanding and sharing of products
- Liaising with vendors for purchases and tracking expenses
- Research for new products & HR related information
Bonus:
- Able to use Canva or Wix to design marketing materials and update websites.
- Able to monitor Digital Marketing avenues
- Able to create social media content and reels
- Marketing strategies and generating source of sales streams.
