Job Description:
We are looking a skilled Senior General Ledger Accountant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will possess great experience in general ledger accounting, financial reporting, and reconciliation. The role will be responsible for overseeing the accuracy and integrity of our financial records, ensuring compliance with accounting standards. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment
Responsibilities：
- Responsible for GL, including check and post expense/cost vouchers, ensure the book quality and Group accounting manual
- Prepare and input the routine journal entries, input the non-routine journal entries with business approval and supporting documents
- Leading the monthly and yearly financial closing, update and follow up closing schedule and ensure every step is on schedule with quality
- Follow up and trace breakdown of key B’S accounts on monthly basis
- Responsible for monthly, quarterly and yearly reporting package, accurate tax treatment, calculations and declaration to tax authority as well as annual tax clearance and filling
- Maintain GL Master Data (including GL account, cost center, profit center, cost element) in system with approved GL Data Request form
- Perform periodic review on the chart of accounts, ensure inactive accounts are deactivated in the system and the COA is up-to-date
- Performing treasury operations conforming to deadlines and procedures
- Support enhancement on internal process
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or related major with solid background on accounting, CPA certification preferred
- At least 6 years of experience in accounting with 3 years of GL accounting experience
- Has good understanding of IFRS and financial reporting requirements
- Strong responsibility, good team-work spirit and quick learner
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
- Oracle, NetSuite experience is a plus
