- Registration and collection of payment from patients
- Attend to patient queries
- Ensure the clinic is ready for operations before opening
- Dispensing of medicine
- Ensure the patient receives the right medicine
- Cleaning & general maintenance of the packaging machine
- Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the clinic
- Ensure a ready supply of Chinese medicine and medical supplies for use.
- Assist in monthly stock-take.
- Submit an end-day report together with cash collections to Finance
- Any other tasks as assigned
