Job Duties:
- Manage and facilitate client contract administration process
- Includes reviewing and processing contract requests, contract drafting, stakeholders’ approvals, contract issuance, and execution within service level agreements
- Liaise with various stakeholders to ensure that contracts are developed and approved in accordance with relevant policies and procedures.
- Managing of post-contract administration activities
- Distribution of contract information to all necessary stakeholders
- Maintain accurate and timely records and documents associated with all contracts for management reporting
- Any ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisor
Job Requirements:
- Minimum degree and above
- Minimum 5 years of contract management background
