Able to work independently under the pressurized environment
• Able to understand the scope of work for respective project Piping, mechanical works, structural works, electrical work, coating works, scaffolding works and various repair works
• Provide a safe working environment for staff and sub-contractors work force at the workshop and onboard.
• Ensure staff and sub-contractors understand & follow the Permit t to work system (PTW) at all times.
• Attend daily toolbox meetings and brief sub-contractors about safety, quality, and production issues
• Monitor safety and quality of works and progress of production closely on site as per target plan.
• Monitor and update the daily progress report to respective company representative
• Update the piping data sheet daily for actual status on site.
• Plan the available work front of team and sub-contractors, and follow up to achieve as per target daily on site
• Monitor the actual manpower daily and report to respective company representative
• Brief and monitor closely Flange Management, preservation, quality of works, spools handling and spools protection on site
• Liaise and understand NDT percentage requirements as per the system and follow up NDT status
• Ensure the latest revision of approved for construction drawings and specification are in use on site
• Assist in resolution of construction matters with engineers and superiors
• Ensure the works are carried out according to the priority sequence given by the engineer and superiors
• Plan the schedule and control withdrawal of materials, gas, welding consumables tools and equipment on site
• Ensure control of withdrawal of materials and tools from store
