Description:
The Inspector is required to carry out inspection of properties including returned properties and all follow-up actions to monitor and report compliance with requirements provided by and that the premises do not infringe authorities’ requirements, including but not limited to:
Non-compliance to statutory requirements, e.g.
- Unapproved Building Works and any Additions/Alterations,
- Fire Safety Measures,
- Unapproved Usage or Change of Usage of Premises,
- Illegal activities in premises e.g., illegal dumping, gambling, etc,
- Unapproved Worker’s Dormitory,
- Unapproved sales of diesel,
- Unapproved subletting,
- Encroachment,
- Illegal storage of Petroleum and other Flammable Materials,
- Poor Maintenance/Housekeeping.
Requirement:
- Must have Diploma in Real Estate, Building Services, Facilities Management or equivalent, fire safety accreditation and relevant experience.
- Candidates with background in Electrical, Mechanical, or Engineering, etc may be considered as meeting these criteria subject to proof of relevant working experience.
