Our client one of the largest and most trusted global shipping and logistics companies, ship and track domestic and international deliveries is inviting qualified candidates to fill the position Customer Service.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Interact with customers via phone, email, chat, or in person to provide information about products or services, take orders, handle returns, and resolve complaints.
· Listen to customer concerns, investigate the issue, and propose solutions to resolve problems in a timely and satisfactory manner.
· Develop a thorough understanding of the company's products or services to provide accurate information to customers.
· Process customer orders, including taking orders, entering them into the system, and ensuring timely delivery.
· Use computer systems to access customer information, process orders, and respond to inquiries
REQUIREMENTS:
· Minimum communication skill and date entry experience is preferred
· Can support overtime
· Maintain good attendance
· Perform work with accuracy-oriented, obey to instructions
· Long term is preferred
OTHER INFORMATION:
- Location : ALPS Avenue
- Working Days/Hours : Monday to Friday (8.30am to 6pm), one of the Friday will end work at 5.30pm. Alternate Saturday (8.30am to 12.30pm)
- Salary : Up till $2,300 (salary will commensurate according to experience & qualifications)
