Duties & Responsibilities:
- Perform Human Resource tasks, duties, and general admin roles.
- Handle staff onboarding and offboarding process end-to-end cycle together with Talent Acquisition Executives.
- Maintain accurate HR database and up-to-date employee records, i.e. transfer, promotion, resignation, unpaid leaves, shift codes etc.
- Upkeep and maintenance of employees’ personnel files.
- Responsible for company insurance renewal and claims.
- Participate in ad-hoc HR projects and company events as required.
- Assist in implementing and handling staff performance management, appraisal, etc.
- Handle staff incentive calculation and verification, etc.
- Handle all workpass applications, renewal, cancellations, booking air tickets and levy matters, etc.
- Update employee data and information on the government’s website, e,g., MOM.
- Submission of documents according to government’s requirements.
- Implement staff engagement activities and keep track of the outcome and effectiveness and outcome.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline with min 2 years of working experience in HR.
- High level of integrity with a positive work attitude
- Team player.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Good writing skills and computer skills
- Be able to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
- IT Savvy
- Multi-lingual will be an advantage as this position needs to deal with some foreign workers from different countries.
- Good critical thinking and problem-solving skills will be an advantage
- Positive thinking and objective
- Self-motivation and willingness to learn and a strong passion for HR will be preferred
