Responsibility
- Assist in setting up and improving local organizational structure and management methods to boost organizational development.
- Help develop and refine HR processes and mechanisms to support business operations effectively.
- Plan and execute recruitment strategies, handling overseas employee recruitment and onboarding.
- Develop training plans, conduct employee training, and implement promotion schemes to enhance employee skills.
- Implement performance evaluation schemes to motivate employees and meet organizational goals.
- Handle compensation and benefits, and address employee queries.
- Manage employee relations to ensure a positive work environment and compliance.
- Maintain employee data and prepare reports for analysis.
- Organize employee activities to enhance team cohesion.
- Update HR policies to ensure compliance with regulations.
- Assist with other HR tasks as needed.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent, with more than 5 years of recruitment or HRBP-related work experience. (Experience in e-commerce, internet, fast-moving consumer goods, fashion, consulting industries, or high-growth multinational companies preferred; IHRP/SHRM-CP certification is a plus)
- Ability to understand and manage cultural diversity among employees and stakeholders.
- Strong communication skills, interpersonal skills, problem-solving abilities, and ability to handle sensitive situations.
- Strong consulting, guidance, and communication skills.
- Data-driven, detail-oriented, and strong sense of responsibility.
- High level of independence and teamwork spirit.
- Experience in recruitment.
Salary: $4800 - $5000 (depends on experience)
Working Arrangement: Mon - Fri
