Microsoft Dynamics CRM Consultant

Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled Microsoft Dynamics CRM Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in implementing and customizing Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions to meet the specific needs of our clients. You will work closely with our clients to understand their business requirements and deliver tailored CRM solutions that enhance their operations and customer engagement.



Key Responsibilities:

Implementation and Customization:

  • Design, configure, and deploy Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions.
  • Customize CRM components including entities, forms, workflows, and plugins.
  • Integrate Microsoft Dynamics CRM with other systems and applications as needed.


Client Engagement:

  • Collaborate with clients to gather and document business requirements.
  • Provide expert advice on best practices for CRM implementation and usage.
  • Conduct training sessions and provide ongoing support to clients.


Technical Support:

  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
  • Perform system upgrades and ensure compatibility with other applications.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation and user guides.


Continuous Improvement:

  • Stay up-to-date with the latest Microsoft Dynamics CRM features and updates.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance the functionality and performance of CRM solutions.
  • Participate in peer reviews and knowledge sharing within the team.



Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience working with Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
  • Proficiency in CRM customization, including the use of Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
  • Strong understanding of CRM best practices and methodologies.
  • Experience with CRM integration using APIs and third-party tools.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Fundamentals (CRM) or similar certification.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Knowledge of other Microsoft technologies such as Azure, SharePoint, and Office 365.
