Role Description
As a Community Executive at BlueSG, you will play a crucial role in building and nurturing a strong community around our brand. You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to engage and connect with our audience, drive brand loyalty, and foster a sense of belonging within the community. This role requires a blend of creativity, communication skills, and a deep understanding of community dynamics.
Key Responsibilities
· Manage community through various communication channels including but not limited to platforms such as Facebook, Instagram and Telegram
· Foster relationship with community members to encourage active participation and informative environment
· Organize and coordinate virtual and in-person events to facilitate community interaction
· Track and analyse community metrics to measure engagement and identify areas for improvement
· Assist with identifying brand ambassadors within the community
· Provide educational onboarding within community for new users
Preferred Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
· 2-4 years’ experience in community management or social media related roles
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
· Familiarity with social media platforms, community forums, and other relevant tools
· Creative thinker with the ability to execute innovative engagement strategies
· Analytical mindset to use data to influence decision making
