Job Responsibilities:
1)Coordinate daily Front of the House and Back of the House restaurant operations
2)Deliver superior service and maximize customer satisfaction
3)Respond efficiently and accurately to customer complaints
4)Manage restaurant’s good image and suggest ways to improve it
5)Organize and supervise shifts
6)Appraise staff performance and provide feedback to improve productivity
Requirements:
1)Proven work experience as a Restaurant Manager, Restaurant General Manager, Hospitality Manager or similar role
2)Proven customer service experience as a manager
3)Extensive food and beverage (F&B) knowledge
4)Strong leadership, motivational and people skills
5)Must be able to work on public holidays and weekends
6) Must be able to work long hours, able to work night shifts
7) Must be able to cut, eat pork
8) Must be able to use computer
Chinese speaking required
