Job Description
- Support the development and growth of personal lines of business to meet department’s plans
- Maintain and deepen relationships with existing clients and partners for business growth and retention
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and customer experience
- Support and contribute to new product development, product innovations and market research
- Liaise and collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure effective execution of plans with clients and partners
- Ensures business handled is in line with the Company’s underwriting guidelines, credit control and service standards
- Ensure compliance with all laws, regulatory provisions and Company policies as are relevant to the role
- Undertake any other duties as may be assigned
Qualification
- Tertiary / Diploma qualification
- Certificate in General Insurance (BCP/PGI/CGI) and Cert HI
Other Information
- At least 3 years of relevant working experience in partnership development, marketing campaigns, or distribution of insurance, banking, financial services
- Experience in managing insurance programs, affinity products or service programs
