During the subsistence of this Agreement, you shall comply with the Company rules and regulations and you shall faithfully, diligently and dutifully carry out your duties and responsibilities as directed by the management staff from time to time.
You are required to undertake all direct or indirect duties and responsibilities with full interest and due diligence. In addition to your core duties and responsibilities within the Company, you may be required to undertake any other duties, including working overseas, from time to time as designated by the management.
You are required to carry out such duties and tasks independently and assigned to you by the Superior including but not limited to the following:
· Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve company goals and objectives
· Overseas day-to-day operations to ensure efficiency and productivity across all departments
· Analyse market trends, consumer behaviour, and competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product development, marketing strategies and sales initiatives
· Work with team members too foster a culture of excellence, innovation and collaboration
· Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, partners and vendors
· Monitor financial performance, budgetary compliance and resource allocation by project basis.
· Any ad hoc duties assignations that may be instructed by your immediate superior or CEO
