Job Scope:
- Coordination with partners’ committee members for planning and execution of live events
- Source event venues and props, recording of costs and budgeting
- Coordinate with invited panellists or speakers on topics for panel discussion or presentation topics during events
- Prepare programme outline and scripts before the event
- Streamline big mind map ideas into digestible bite size content
- Monitoring sign ups, sending reminder to registered participants, registration of participants during the events, follow up with participants after the events
- Run the lucky draw, prep the logistics for live events
- Building of marketing funnel to nurture leads received from the partnership
- Designing posters and marketing collaterals for the events
- Design and creation of presentation slides
- Compilation of leads data in Excel
Requirement:
- Comfortable with travelling to event venues
- Some events may stretch after office hours but additional hours-off or off-in-lieu will be provided
- Good communication and coordination skills
