Responsiblities
- Conduct impactful customer visits with Key Accounts Managers.
- Translate technical challenges into innovative solutions.
- Design connectivity solutions with a strong emphasis on cable harness systems.
- Collaborate with global engineers to ensure alignment with customer needs.
- Create technical drawings and commercial proposals with the Sales Team.
- Manage projects from development to operational hand-over.
- Supervise the development of new, complex products.
- Stay abreast of advancing technologies to drive continuous improvement.
- Nurture and enhance our solutions portfolio.
- Optimize workflow and tools to streamline connectivity solutions offers.
Requirements
- Bachelor's/Master's Degree in engineering disciplines like Microtechnology/Electrical Engineering or related fields, with 5-10 years of relevant experience.
- Background in new product development is advantageous.
- Proficiency in customer-facing activities.
- Experience with CAD software & ERP software (preferably SAP).
- Knowledge in connectivity, cable technology, electronics, signal integrity, or fiber optics is a plus.
- Demonstrated keen interest in new product development.
- Excellent communication skills to foster trust and rapport with customers.
- Collaborative team player, adept at inter-company discussions and streamlined communication across departments.
- Methodical, structured, and analytically inclined.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities, especially during development and initial manufacturing phases.
