Responsibilities:
- Provide technical sales administrative support to the engineering team.
- Assist in managing and organizing sales-related documentation and records.
- Coordinate project schedules and timelines.
- Support in preparing engineering reports and quotations and purchase orders.
- Assist in ensuring compliance with engineering standards and regulations.
- Handle and prioritize incoming inquiries and requests from internal, external stakeholders such as suppliers and clients.
- Assist in managing and coordinating equipment and software procurement.
- Perform ad-hoc administrative tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Nitec in Engineering or related field.
- At least 1 – 2 years of sales administration experience, preferably from engineering or technical field.
