Job description
· Ensure growth in taxi fleet size.
· Involve in budget preparation and oversight and to ensure that operations are conducted within the financial constraints.
· Plan/Analyse the purchasing needs of new taxis.
· Plan the usage of COE/PQP & re-used number for new taxis release, depending on monthly tender price movement.
· Retain existing hirers by managing their demand for new taxis / swapping of taxis.
· Assess and review accident taxis pending for scrap, including unhired taxis.
· Responsible for selecting and managing relationships with external vendors and suppliers, ensuring that they meet contractual obligations and quality standards.
· Analyze operational data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
Job requirement
· Possess a degree in Business Admin & Operations management.
· Must have a customer-centric mind set. Recognizing and addressing customer (our cabbies) needs is often at the heart of operational success.
· Require interpersonal skills, fostering strong relationships with both team members and external suppliers.
· Possess excellent communication and leadership skills.
· Knowledgeable in strategic planning and project management.
· At least 3 years’ experience in this land transportation industry.
· Knowledge of Microsoft skills.
