Working location: McPherson Area
Monday to Friday: 8:30 am to 5:30 pm
Salary Range: S$3,000 to S$3,500 depending on experience.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable operations and daily reporting needs.
- Prepare payments and invoices and maintain accurate financial records.
- Ensure timely and accurate closure of the full set of accounts for month-end and year-end closing.
- Prepare AR and AP statements and monthly aging reports accurately.
- Maintain complete and accurate records of account books, ledgers, and journals.
- Prepare account schedules and promptly update the accounting system.
- Ensure meticulous reconciliation for intercompany, cash book, AP/AR reconciliation, etc.
- Prepare quarterly reporting, basic financial statements, and simple consolidated financial statements accurately.
- Collaborate seamlessly with auditors, tax agents, and corporate secretaries.
- Support other duties assigned by the Manager promptly and enthusiastically.
Job Requirements:
- Possess a diploma or degree in Accounting with at least three (3) years of full accounting experience.
- Must be detail-oriented, focusing on accuracy and precision.
- Abe to communicate professionally and effectively at all levels, including proficiency in English and Chinese. The position must communicate in Chinese with internal stakeholders.
- Must be highly independent and capable of working with minimum supervision.
- Must possess exceptional proficiency in Microsoft applications.
