Job Summary:
An effective team player who can work independently to ensure all membership sales agreements and members’ requests are processed in a timely manner.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for membership administration operations such as creation of members’ accounts, maintenance of members’ database and update of packages and fees
- Work closely with various departments, namely Sales, Operation, Corporate Sales and Finance teams to resolve members’ enquiries or requests pertaining to account matters
- Assist in processing of service requests, including account renewal, account transfer, suspension and termination
- Other administrative duties assigned on ad-hoc basis
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma holder with at least 1 year of data entry experience
- Good communication skills in English
- Able to multi-task, is detailed-oriented and resourceful
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
