Job Description
- Building and sustaining rapport with existing and potential clients to understand their needs and effectively communicate the benefits of our products.
- Make outbound sales calls to generate new leads and to existing clients for cross-selling to generate business leads.
- Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets on a consistent basis.
- Follow up with clients to build positive relationships and clientele.
- Collaborate with different departments such as recruitment, events, and development to share best practices and strategies to maximize sales performance.
- Strategize and implement methods of increasing business opportunities and revenue.
- Qualify leads and identify sales opportunities to effectively move prospective clients through the sales pipeline.
- Document all sales activities and customer interactions into the system.
- Conducting research on industry trends, competitor’s activities and client’s needs to better promote our products and services.
- Assist in the preparation of media kits and promotional plans.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in outbound sales, telemarketing, or a related field
- Proficient communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment independently.
