They operate globally, offering a comprehensive range of services including corporate and investment advice, with established service centres across multiple cities in mainland China and abroad. Their expertise extends to assisting domestic enterprises with international company registration, trademark applications, overseas listings, foreign company audits, and various secretarial services.
As they further extend their presence, they are currently in search of a Director to initiate and oversee operations at their recently established office in Singapore. To be a successful applicant, you must have strong leadership, communication, strategic thinking, financial acumen, and an in-depth understanding of the accounting industry and its regulatory environment.
You will be responsible for:
- Providing strategic direction and leadership to the firm, ensuring that goals and objectives are aligned with the overall vision
- Identifying and pursuing opportunities for business growth, such as acquiring new clients, expanding service offerings, and entering new markets
- Overseeing client relationships by ensuring the delivery of high-quality services to clients by implementing quality assurance processes and standards
- Monitoring and managing the firm's financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
- Overseeing and the management of day-to-day operations to ensure efficiency, productivity, and compliance with relevant regulations and standards
- Recruiting, training, and managing a team of professionals, including accountants, auditors, and administrative staff
- Identifying and mitigating risks, ensuring compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and professional standards, and maintaining appropriate internal controls
- Providing customers with business consulting, such as global company registration, trademark registration, accounting/auditing and overseas immigration
- Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, industry partners, regulators, and professional associations
- Demonstrating and promoting ethical behavior and integrity in all aspects of the firm's operations.
To be a successful applicant, you must have:
- Bachelors or Masters Degree in any field, with a proven track record of business management experience
- Min. 10 years experience from Accounting/Business Advisory trade, experienced in designing one-stop company registration services across Asia and Worldwide i.e. Hong Kong, Japan, Korea, America, United Kingdom and UAE.
- Well-versed with company registration across different jurisdictions, has good understanding of the KYC processing and the conduct of annual/annual inspection processes.
- Hands-on experience in hiring and training of professional secretaries and business associates
- Knowledge in Trademark and Patent registration, Overseas Direct Investments filings, in multiple regions will have an added advantage
- Fluent in Mandarin, written and spoken
