Responsibilities
- Review end-to-end payroll processing for all employees and approve, including data input, calculation of wages, deductions, and taxes.
- Ensure accurate and timely payment of salaries, bonuses, commissions, and other payroll-related payments.
- Review and reconcile payroll reports to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.
- Responsible / ‘go to person’ for payroll-related inquiries from employees and provide timely and accurate responses.
- Stay updated on relevant employment legislation, tax regulations, and statutory requirements to ensure compliance.
- Work closely with other payroll colleagues on payroll related projects and
undertake ad-hoc HR and payroll projects. - Work closely with other payroll colleagues on payroll related projects

Requirement
- Diploma/Degree in Human resources or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in payroll processing and administration.
- Strong knowledge of employment law and TAFEP guidelines.
- Strong competency in MS Office software (MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
- Conscientious in handling confidential information.
