· Manage end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, cold calling, arranging interviews, offer management, conducting reference checks etc
· Actively source for suitable candidates through internal database, applications, referrals, networking, job portals and social media platforms
· Create, propose and implement strategies to streamline recruitment initiatives

Responsibilities:
· Manage and maintain clients' accounts obtained from the Business Development team, ensuring a seamless transition and understanding of client needs
· Collaborate internally to develop and implement strategies to enhance client retention and satisfaction
· Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, building and maintaining strong relationships through regular communication to meet client’s needs
· Monitor client accounts and proactively identify opportunities to add value
