- Working hours: 08.00am – 5.00pm (Monday, Thursday & Friday), 08.00am – 12.00pm (Tuesday & Wednesday) – 32 hours per week
- On the job training will be provided

Job Responsibilities
· Provide administration and operational support at Eye Clinic.
· Staff will be trained and certified by Optometrist to carry out Visual Acuity (VA) Tests for patients.
· Staff will be expected to perform VA tests to patients and record in the NGEMR system.
· Ambassador to promote health related messages to patients and encourage sign up of Healthcare App/ HealthierSG.
· Other administrative role such as data entry/ calling of patients for appointment as assigned by supervisor.
Job Requirements
· Higher Nitec, Diploma or equivalent
· Keen to work in healthcare environment
· Passionate and willing to help
· Customer- oriented
· Able to cope with fast-paced working environment.
· Possess good PC skills
