Position: Healthcare Assistant
Location: North-East Region
Salary: Up to $2400
Job Description:
- Prepare trolleys with water and hot beverages for breakfast, teabreak, lunch, and dinner services, ensuring timely delivery to patients.
- Serve and provide feeding assistance to certain patients as directed by nursing staff.
- Assist in restocking supplies between morning meals, tea breaks, lunch, and dinner services.
- Respond promptly to patients' call bells, relay their requests to the appropriate department, and ensure timely resolution.
- Assist and guide patients to toilets as needed.
- Monitor patients closely, ensuring their safety and comfort at all times.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of pantry supplies, alerting nursing staff to low stock levels.
- Collaborate with nursing staff in changing and cleaning patients when necessary.
- Perform any additional duties as assigned by the department-in-charge, contributing to the smooth operation of the healthcare facility.
Job Requirements
- Minimum PSLE Certificate or equivalent.
- Ability to read and write in simple English.
- Ability to work in a rotational shift system (No night/graveyard shifts)
