Customer Service and Administration Executive

Responsibilities
- Address and respond to customer inquiries regarding products and orders through email, phone, and in-person interactions.
- Assist with customer service appointments and address product-related questions.
- Organize and manage inventory to ensure timely order fulfilment.
- Perform daily administrative tasks related to operations and logistics.
Requirements
- Degree or diploma, or equivalent qualifications.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Experience with managing e-commerce platforms is a plus, but training will be provided if necessary.
- Unloads and pack ordered items (5 – 10kg)
