- Handle day to day operations.
- Familiarise and oversee daily outlet functions and operations
- Assist manager in people management, manpower planning and outlet branch operations
- Monitor attendance of the workers.
- To carry out inspections of the facilities to identify and resolve issues.
- Monitor equipment inventory and place orders when necessary.
