Responsibilities:
1. Support internal function, Operations, Marketing activities of the department.
2. Independently evaluate client requests to determine the steps necessary to address such request through completion.
3. Ability to handle client questions and inquiries along with timely follow up.
4. Collaborate with team members to achieve company, business unit and team goals.
5. Identify and training employees as they provide attentive, efficient service to customers.
6. Regularly meet clients for new business opportunity.
7. Support ISO audit and external client audits.
8. Regularly Review company’s Procedure manual, Quality manual, objectives and policies.
9. Perform as multi discipline inspector to carry out inspections for mechanical and electrical equipments.
10. Perform inspection of pressure vessel, tanks, piping including stage, final inspection.
11. Perform QA/QC welding inspections at site.
12. Knowledge of WPS/PQR and WQT tests.
Job requirements:
- Must have Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
- Must have valid API 570, API 510 and API 653 Certificate.
- Must have CompEx certificate (Ex 01-04)
- Must have NDT level II certificate in MT, PT, RI, UT.
- Must have Welding inspector certificate under AWS-CWI or CSWIP 3.1
- Must have more than 8 years’ work experience.
- Knowledge in code book like AWS, ASME, API and IEC codes
- Must have Previous work experience in API and plant inspections.
- Must have experience in E&I inspections.
- Must have an inspection experience in pressure vessels, Tanks and piping.
