Salary range: $2800 to $4500 per month depending on qualifications and relevant working experience. Min qualification: Bachelor degree (However, we do accept Diploma holder with relevant work experience of 5 years and above)
Service Delivery Department

The Service Delivery Department (SDD) is the staff authority for service delivery of the SPF. Our mission is to ensure the delivery of high service standards in every interaction with the public so that can discharge the Police mission effectively and professionally.
As a temp staff, you will help to in admin roles and coordinate the implementation of technology-related projects. You will also be overseeing the on-going publicity efforts to boost up online e-services. You will have the opportunity to work with different stakeholders within and outside the organization and be exposed to many major workstreams and other digital functionalities. You will also take away key learning points on the service delivery landscape, and as well as the entire public service.
JOB EXPECTATIONS
To be part of the SDD’s team, we are looking for highly motivated individuals with a passion to transform and enhance service delivery to the public and exhibit a keen interest in publicity and digitalization projects. You will also be heavily involved in other admin and logistical workstreams, including managing in-house digital systems.
REQUIREMENTS
- Possess strong analytical and research skills;
- Degree holder and equivalent;
- Meticulous and independent worker who can carry out your responsibilities with minimum supervision;
- Possess effective interpersonal and communication skills;
- Good time management and be able to meet tight deadlines;
- Prior knowledge and background in managing of projects, review and propose changes to improve existing e-service portal, with some admin roles are preferred; and
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (e.g. Microsoft Excel, Work and PowerPoint)
