- Must possess strong technical skills in preparing artwork and layout.
- Understanding various printing processes, color management techniques, and file formats is crucial for ensuring high-quality output and compatibility with printing equipment.
- Familiarity and experience with working with prepress equipment such as digital printers,color calibration tools and etc. Understand & manage the color management system
- Efficiently manage projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines to ensure timely project completion. Provide support and supervision to direct reports, initiate key activities, and facilitate smooth operations for successful outcomes.
- Effectively communicate any perceived pitfalls in project process prior to implementation
- Participate in the identification and implementation of best practices for automation, and efficiency
- Ensure ISO documentation and Compliance
- Creating and Maintaining the Prepress Section of ERP

Qualification & Education Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design / Multimedia Design / Visual Communication would be desirable
- Minimum 4 years of relevant experiences.
