The Job Description
Reporting to the Nurse Manager, candidate will be responsible to carry out all administrative and operational duties through:
- To answer telephone queries
- To register for patients at the Outpatient Clinic
- To collect payment, submit & follow up claim
- To update's Patient's records and ensure they are in chronological order
- To counter check bills, generate collective invoices and follow up bad depts
- To prepare statistics
- To cover medical records duties when needed
- To perform any other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Minimum GCE 'O' Level
- Prior experience in healthcare, hospitality or customer service industry will be advantageous
- Customer-oriented with good communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Have Healthcare and SAP experience would be an added value
- 5 days work week (Monday to Friday; 8.00 am to 5.30pm)
