Job Description & Requirements
The role is responsible for working through and enhancing HR operation processes efficiencies and control procedures to ensure accuracy, consistency and standardization of HR processes and activities that comply and align with company’s policies as well as government legislations and regulations.
As the HR Executive, you will:
- Oversee and ensure smooth day-to-day HR operations.
- Identify local needs & improvement opportunities, continuously drive system automation & digitalization to maximize local deliverables & impact.
- Keep abreast of changes in employment-related laws and regulations in Singapore. Review, propose and develop HR policies and processes that are simple and comply with local regulations.
- Ensure that all processes impacting payroll and benefits are optimized for efficiency including timely submission of required data to payroll.
- Collaborating with the recruitment team and advising on any recruitment activities that need to be initiated including creating & managing a local dashboard of core HR data reporting.
- Partner with the OD & Talent team to continuously improve and deliver HR induction for new hires and transferees. Conduct induction group welcome sessions with all new hires and review the themes periodically.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR Operations and HR projects roles.
Experience with advanced HRIS systems (e.g. Workday, Oracle, SAP etc.). - Strong organizational, influencing, and interpersonal skills; ability to establish and maintain effective support and rapport across the organization.
- Excellent stakeholder management and effective in dealing with resistance and managing conflicts.
- Willing to work on weekend support and different time zones.
