We are looking for a highly motivated ABAP DEVELOPER who is passionate about developing complex solutions for our strategic customers using the NextLabs Data-centric security.
Job Responsibilities
· Candidate will be an application developer with the role of an individual contributor.
· Design, develop and support application solutions with in R3 and S/4 HANA.
· Develop and/or re-engineer highly complex application components and integrate software packages, programs and reusable objects residing on multiple platforms.
· Will help to design and implement Automated Unit testing framework to drive best practices using ABAP Units / ABAP Double.
· Will develop RESTful and SOAP based API interfaces for various SAP components for external consumptions or helping setup cloud deployments
· Research and provide analysis of requirements and customer request including new functionality introduced in the SAP S/4HANA and SAP Business Suite.
· Contributes to project deliverables by review, approval and adherence to artifacts and deliverables.
· Provides feedback and solutions to help resolve escalated items and drive key decisions.
· Hands-on with RICEFW development and ABAP New syntax as needed to support project timelines and objectives.
Position Requirements
· 4+ years of experience in ERP technologies preferably SAP, Technical consultant experience in SAP, ABAP, CDS Views, HANA & Fiori applications
· Multiple SAP implementations
· Have a good understanding of SAP best practices
· Expertise in ABAP development with good understanding of at least one of SAP modules such as Finance, MM, PP, PM, QM, SD and PLM.
· Experience using ABAP objects, HANA SQL Programming, SAP Fiori Developments, OData developments.
· Having experience, knowledge, exposure and understanding on below is a plus:
o SAP BTP (Business Technology Platform) based design & development and ABAP Restful Programming Model
o Data Masking, Data Anonymization techniques.
o SAP architecture and technical data flow of SAP business processes
o BW, BW/4HANA and other reporting tools is plus
o Various types of projects / roles (e.g. upgrades, implementation, AMS)
· Should be proficient in performance tuning to deliver optimized solutions.
· Being a mentor to help train junior team members
· Ability to analyze and drive the resolution of cross-functional issues
· Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
· Self-motivated with ability to research and function independently with minimal direction
· Ability to translate business requirements into system solutions
· Knowledgeable with project management standards and Knowledge Areas
· Knowledgeable in multiple project management methodologies
