Job Description:
- Manage user accounts for clients
- Customer relationship maintenance
- Consolidate documents required from clients,
- After-sales service and client's relationship maintenance,
- Prepare monthly billing reports for various clients,
- Learning from different cloud providers,
- Check invoices from various suppliers to ensure accurate data to provide to Finance department,
- Other ad-hoc responsibilities to support business operation.
Requirement:
- Fresh graduates are welcome,
- Diploma holder, marketing or relevant major,
- Knowledge of MS Office, Excel skills,
- Multi-task and willing to work at a fast-paced environment,
- Bilingual in English and Chinese as there is a need to liaise with Chinese speaking counterparts,
- Willing to work on weekends.
