Job Responsibilities
- Provide timely and accurate planning, scheduling, cost control, change control, risk management, estimating, analysis, forecasting and reporting to help ensure the project is completed on time and within the authorized budget
- Provide clear HSE leadership in line with ‘Zero Harm 24/7, Courage to Care’ culture, behaviour and engagement activities
- Establish and comply with project-wide plans, procedures, guidelines and instructions for project controls functions
- Communicate project controls requirements including reporting, meetings, events, requirements of plans, procedures and team organization
- Review project controls reports for content and accuracy
- Support for continuous improvement of project controls processes
- Manage performance of the Project Controls team and work elements
- This includes meeting project management targets for key performance indicators:-
- Planning and Forecasting Cost control Project reporting and progress measurement EPC schedule Risk management Project administration (such as timesheets/PAAF process/invoicing
Job Requirements
- Undergraduate Degree (4 year Program) preferably in Engineering with minimum 10 years of relevant experience
- Knowledge of CPM and/or other planning and resourcing methods
- Proficient in using Primavera software for developing schedule
- Proficient in use of Primavera, Excel, Word, Outlook, Powerpoint
- Experience in Oil & Gas Sector with exposure in developing Engineering Schedules
- Good analytical and communication skills
