- Location: Jurong Island (Transport provided from Lakeside MRT)
- Monday - Friday: 8am to 5pm
- 1 Year Contract (Renewable)
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Principal Accountant with various tasks.
- Perform general accounting processes and procedures to ensure efficient project accounting activities.
- Ensure adherence to ISO policies, procedures, and standing instructions.
- Process invoices and staff claims according to established policies and procedures.
- Assess withholding taxes on invoices from overseas vendors and contractors when applicable.
- Ensure prompt billing to shareholders for funding, including Project Management Fees, and follow up on the timely receipt of funds, taking remedial actions if necessary.
- Prepare monthly reports for shareholders.
- Assist with the audit process as needed.
- Extract information for insurance purposes.
- Assist with the capitalization and disposal of assets.
- Handle any other ad-hoc tasks as required.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Accounting
- 3 years of relevant work experience
