Responsibility
- Use software to create detailed 2D or 3D designs for complex projects.
- Collaborate with others to establish timelines and budgets, as well as solve problems.
- Works with clients to determine initial goals and requirements for the space to be designed
- Knowledge of industry, and materials.
- Ability to analyze data and situation and come up with creative solutions.
- You will be calling, meeting IDs, Contractors to share our services
- Generate new sales through outbound prospecting, cold calling, email and social outreach, leveraging networks, building relationships etc
- Draw out proposals for potential clients
- Conducting software demonstrations
- Negotiate and close sales
- Make sure the CRM system is well organised.
- Keep up to date on industry and engineering standards.
- Can do QS or BQ Work
- Performs other related duties as assigned
Interior Sales Designer Requirements:
- Diploma in Interior Design.
- Use of hands to operate computers.
- Extensive knowledge of the company’s preferred software.
- Make decisions based on designs.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate with others to solve problems.
- Firm grasp of mathematics, engineering, and industry information.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to deliver presentations and product demos.
- A personal affinity for technology systems, Internet applications
- Well organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated with initiative to seek out and manage client relationships.
- Ability to work independently but also work well as part of a team.
- Proven working experience in decorating interior spaces (consultations, renovations, space planning and new constructions)
