Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for processing of billing invoices for chargeable jobs and ensuring proper documentations for processing of direct billing invoices of jobs performed.
- Liaise with Sales team to ensure that all documentations are complete for billing to customers
- Ensure proper documentation and filing both electronically and physically, for all jobs.
- Management of service documents, job sheet and ensuring that all details are submitted in the ticket system
- Preparation of documentation for enquiry to factory for overseas spare parts procurement
- Assist Section Heads with other paperwork requirement or reports pertaining to department operational needs
- Process administrative requests from customers
- Generating of reports for customer reporting
- Any adhoc duties as assigned
Job Requirement
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of working experience in administrative job duties
- Good interpersonal skills
- Able to work in a team or work independently when required
- Prior Experience using SAP System will be an added advantage
