Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the overall operation and administration of the program
- Ensure all incoming and outgoing shipments are complete timely
- Plan and organize to meet customer requirement / satisfaction continually
- General housekeeping and safety / equipment in the warehouse are to up to Performance standard
- Arrange the movement of staff in each activity, if required
- Lead a team of warehouse coordinators to perform warehousing operations
- Ensure that procedures, work instructions and housekeeping are carried out diligently
- Provide leadership by establishing clear expectations and demonstrating high standards of work practices and safety conscious behavior
- Required to plan incoming and out-going orders
- Communicate & Implement change as directed
- Analytical and meticulous with good command
- Initiate and carry out routine and ad-hoc checks inbound, outbound and inventory process/ accuracies; and report on any changes or non-compliances with preventive and corrective actions
- Co-ordinate with internal and external customers on all operations related requirements
- To track and report all operations improvement initiatives as assigned by the Manager
- To ensure that KPIs are met and revert where necessary when improvements are to be made or there are concerns requiring escalation
- To perform operations, review as and where necessary
- Any other duties as assigned by Warehouse Manager
Requirements:
- Knowledge of SAP/ Warehouse Management System (WMS)/ Supply Chain Software/Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Systems
- Proficiency in basic Microsoft (MS) Office/Power Platform Applications
